Turf and Stroney Field Reservations

The synthetic turf field and Stroney field are open for playing!  Reserved times and organizations, leagues or groups will be listed on the below calendar.  If the fields are not reserved for a particular day, the fields are open for all who want to use them in a responsible manner. This will be on a first come basis.  We ask that everyone follow the rules and regulations for the use of the fields in order to provide a safe environment for all and to help us maintain the fields for a long time to come for everyone.

To reserve either the Turf or Stroney fields for use:
Step #1 – Check the calendar below.
Step #2 – To request a permit to reserve field(s) usage time, go to the Handout section.  There you will find Fields Use Policy, General Guidelines, and instructions on submitting a Rental Application.  Print out and then fill out in ink, the Hillside Park Fields Rental Application and mail with your checks (for field time, maintenance deposit and lights if requested) to the address listed on the application.  Please allow time (we prefer 10 days) to get this done.  If the time is short, send an email to turfathillside@gmail.com to alert us of your request and maybe make arrangements to hand deliver the application and check(s).  You will receive an email to confirm the reserved time or reply that the field is not available.

Please note that reservations will be considered according to the following schedule:

• Spring/Summer (March-mid-August) – beginning Feb 1
• Fall (mid-August through winter) – beginning July 1
